Confirm and sign in again with Apple or Google: this checks that it’s you.
The account and the data are deleted straight away.
Without the app
Write to [email protected] from your account’s email address, asking us to delete it: we do it within 30 days and reply when it’s done.
What is deleted
The account (name, email, identifier).
Your area and preferences, saved spots, the car position, finds, recorded days and the identification count.
Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
What remains
Purchase data, which Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep for as long as the law requires.
Deleting the account doesn’t cancel the subscription: cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
Deleting only some data
Without deleting the account you can delete single saved spots, finds and days from Saved, and your area with the preferences from Profile › Data › Reset area and preferences.
